Problem

ABIS Bore/Retaining Rings (Snap Rings / Circlips): These fit into a machined groove to create a reliable shoulder that stops axial movement, keeping bearings and components accurately positioned and rigidly retained. They’re designed for fast assembly and disassembly with standard tools, manufactured in stainless steel for corrosion resistance and long service life, and supplied across shaft sizes of 3–10mm and bore sizes of 4–19mm. Typical uses include defence equipment, medical and dental devices, precision instruments, pumps, robotics, and drone gearboxes.
Problem

ABIS Shim Washers: Thin precision washers used to fine-tune spacing, alignment, and clearance between bearings, shafts, and gears. Available from 1.55×2.90mm up to 16.20×18.55mm, they compensate for tolerance build-up and dimensional variation, helping maintain correct alignment and reduce friction and wear – all without complex mechanisms or part redesign.
